This is BIG.

Word of mouth is still one of the most powerful tools today. Kendrick Lamar actually got his fame from word of mouth, and it's also how my name got brought up for a huge show I'm doing soon.

A friend I did business with in the past asked about my music and wanted to know my website. I gave it to her, but I didn’t think much of it. The next thing I knew the Oxford house reached out to me. I still didn’t think that it would be a huge deal; it just seemed like another show.

Little did I know, once I found out the plan and looked into their headlining artist, I realized this show is going to be huge.

They told me It's a benefit concert that's for a good cause, and they mentioned some of the other details, but when they said that Headliners Music Hall was the venue; that sounded very familiar and I couldn't remember why.

A few weeks later I went to the first planning meeting at Headliners, and as soon as i pulled up it hit me. I had been here before! The last time I was there, I saw Royce da 5' 9" live in concert. When we met with the marketing director there, I learned he had worked with Kendrick Lamar, Rae Sremmurd and some other big artists.

I left that meeting, and the gravity hit about what this is. With the Oxford house network of contacts, Ekoh's (headlining artist) fanbase, my fanbase, the other artists fanbases, and an advertising budget; I see how we're going to pack the venue with 700 people.

I've done open mics, and I've done concerts before, but like the saying goes, "there's levels to this". This venue has all of the professional gear. Screens for projecting logos and videos onto it, professional lighting, a legit stage, a marketing team, etc. This is a festival grade concert.

With a crazy intro, new music, high energy, DJ's, etc. This is going to be the biggest MIRAAGE show to date! I hope you're as excited as I am. I can't wait to see you there.
